Hotel Indigo Naperville Riverwalk Guest Reviews 4.5 out of 5 based on 22 reviews
Brand-New, Nice Hotel in Downtown Naperville
I stayed here for 4 nights in January for a business trip so was staying by myself in the room. In summary, this was a very nice, brand-new hotel with a great location. The only major concern I would have is the signage outside is currently pretty poor, making it a challenge for someone new to the area to find it. I'm confident they will improve this as they complete the hotel.
Pros: VERY comfortable, Nice location where you can walk to restaurants or the Metra from the hotel, Likely pretty views in the spring/summer of the Riverwalk, great attention and service from all the staff. The front desk always welcomed you as you walked in. The restaurant in the hotel provides a reasonable breakfast that was good and the one evening meal we ate there was decent - not great but decent. USB chargers in the room - a plus I look for these days.
Cons: This may be really picky but I'm going to mention it. The room is setup so it's a sliding door where you EITHER have the bathroom door shut OR the closet shut. Being there by myself, it really didn't matter but I'm not sure I would have like sharing a room much with the door setup. The door is lovely but I wasn't thrilled with how open the bathroom was.Reviewed by AustinBarb on Feb 3, 2017 via TripAdvisor
At last a hotel downtown - this changed my life!
Such a good location, I stayed over for a weekend and I never knew the downtown area was so nice. Much better than being out at one of those suburban business hotels. Cool, modern decor, great bed and shower, my room had a view over the Riverwalk. Friendly crew, all round great place.Reviewed by RLT-Traveller on Jan 27, 2017 via TripAdvisor
Indigo Hotel - Simply Amazing - 5 stars+!
This Indigo Hotel, its management and staff are amazing. The rooms are outstanding, the service and attention are impeccable, the food is good, the garage parking is nice, the atmosphere is welcoming and you could not get any closer to downtown Naperville, just a very short walk to the covered bridge and your on the Riverwalk! They had only been open 2 days when we arrived December 1. We spent 4 great nights. Looking forward to visiting again soon!Reviewed by viatravel on Jan 27, 2017 via TripAdvisor
